未超過退房時間被開起房門

退房時間是12點，在11點多的時候清潔人員就開啟我們的房門，有傻住，清潔人員說以為已經退房，還好當時我們都有穿衣服。雖然打掃人員有道歉，但是感覺SOP上出現了大問題。

來鹿野看熱氣球飯店地點距離會場非常近櫃台及接待人員非常客氣態度非常好客房也非常大非常舒適, 早餐也非常豐富, 週邊設備也齊全唯獨浴室沒有清潔乾淨, 剛入住浴室排水口還有沒清乾淨的頭髮, 整體住宿體驗來說是不錯, 還會二訪
