Although the location was amazing and the staff was great I feel like I didn’t get wait I paid for. My room was not updated, I couldn’t watch anything on the tv, charger ports were not working properly and the ac was leaking in the room as well as the curtains were dirty and broken in one spot and I paid less for another hotel in the area and had none of these issues. I probably would not book this hotel again but staff was amazing and the location was on a great spot

The room was nothing like the photos. There was peeling paint, cracks along the walls, door handles falling off, what looked like mold in the bathroom as well as the door lock being broken. Management was refusing to speak to us when we complained and requested a refund or at least a cancellation of the remaining stay. The book of complaints in the lobby was at capacity. We ended up going to a police station and speaking with some lawyers. Once we managed to contact them on writing demanding a cancellation in accordance with Brazilian consumer protection laws we finally obtained one. Some of the reception staff was really helpful as much as they could given the circumstances. The breakfast was decent and the location was good, but I would never go back.

I must report bad practice by a young man at the reception who was there on September 21. I asked him to order me a taxi to the airport at a contact number that I had. Well, when we arrived at the airport the taxi driver charged us a higher amount than the budgeted amount. The person at the reception called a taxi driver who was a friend of his and not the contact that I gave him. Very bad experience because one trusts the hotel staff

Chegamos no hotel, e mesmo feito a reserva antecipada, demorou nosso check in, somente um recepcionista para atender todos que entram as 14:00. O quarto é pequeno, mas as camas confortável. O chuveiro dá um pouquinho de trabalho até aquecer. Tive um incomodo com o interfone que não estava funcionando, qnd precisava de algo, tinha que descer na recepção. O café da manhã é bem variado. Os atendentes foram atenciosos. A piscina tbm é bem pequena.

O hotel possui diversos problemas: o chuveiro nao tem agua quente, a agua por vezes saía suja, ar condicionado barulhento, interfone para a recepção não funcionou em nenhum momento, elevador com piso em péssimas condições. Falta manutenção e salubridade.
