Imagine staying in a room that you have to access through the dining room. Literally had tables next to the door. Meaning you enjoy all the noise from breakfast right from 7am. That’s one thing. But it made our stay worse when I asked for another room the next day and Luis, the receptionist then, told me there was nothing else, with a lollipop in his mouth. It made us feel like he just didn’t care about what was happening nor did he have the desire to remove his lollipop from his mouth and talk to us. Stay away if you can…

Maravilhoso o Hotel. Só sentimos sem privacidade na piscina, pois em todo momento fica um homem "vigiando" o ambiente da piscina e da sauna, nao deixando os hóspedes a vontade.
