Great winter sun break.
Great location, very clean and even though very close to the main strip it was quiet. Only problem is towels on sunbeds without people. The hotel should remove them if unused for an hour.

Nice stay but with some issues
Stayed last year and liked it so much we came back this year . Disappointed with room outlook was at back which was a dumping ground for old pallets , tiles , paint tins etc.Had to contact receptionist as room not cleaned for 3 days so no clean towels or toilet paper.Apart from these issues room was very nice and location perfect

Our rating might be a little a little unfair as the resort was due to close for refurbishment 5 days after we left, but I can only speak as we find (we were NOT aware of this when we booked, but that's on the Hotels.com website not the resort). Had we been aware we would have chosen a different location. The apartment looked in need of a big facelift.

Good location and A/C. Busy pool 😎
One week in early August was fine. Plus points were location and the A/C which was amazing since the week was 30-38 degrees. Not a fan of sun beds round the pool but farcical to see people there at 6am. Cleaning was ok as was the general apartment decor albeit a little dated. Been in Del Carmen many times and cockroaches are not unusual but had 2 or 3 to deal with most days. Large gap under rear door I felt they were getting in. More routine maintenance to plug gaps may be useful tho it’s pretty hard to stop them.

A couple of things to begin with. I had to ask for a safe to be put in my apartment 3 times before it was installed. The kettle was broken but got another fairly quickly. The main problem was that people hogged the sun beds. Towels were out out very early So was not able to get one at all.

Vlak bij de boulevard met vele restaurants en winkeltjes een bar met lekkere versnaperingen bij het zwembad 24 uurs receptie met vriendelijk personeel konden kiezen uit appartement op begane grond of op eerste verdieping - er staat dat er voor 9 uur geen handdoeken gelegd mogen worden maar om 8 uur liggen de meeste bedden al vol met handdoeken - wij zaten met het appartement aan de kant van de straat waar al vroeg erg veel herrie was door het bevoorraden van de winkels

Ottima posizione gentili alla reception
Appartamento spazioso anche se la camera non era molto grande. In complesso mi è sembrata una buona struttura.alla reception molto gentili. Location molto buona ..peccato non ci sia il parcheggio, non è facile da trovare in quella zona.
