Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved.

Peaceful and impeccable grounds and unsurpassed service Unexpected luxury in middle of Cuzco. Walking distance to shopping. Superb dining at hotel and at sister hotel Monesterio right next door. I have stayed at 5 star hotels all over the world. This is not a new hotel but was probably over 200 years old. The hotel has been updated to modern standards in every aspect. Their attention to detail is the best I have ever seen. Ask for something, there is someone willing to get what you need In a matter of 2-3 minutes. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! In fact we will be hotel guest again in a few Days.

Outstanding stay
The instant we got to Belmond Palacio Nazarenas we knew we should have booked more nights. It is the best hotel we've ever stayed at. We were greeted with some delicious tea and cookies, and then showed to our room. We had been upgraded to a bigger suite. The room itself was beautiful, as well as the bathroom with separate toilet, shower, and a huge bathtub. We also had a balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard. We then settled in and had the complimentary pisco sour lesson in our room with our wonderful butler Victor. When I mentioned I would love to try some Peruvian fruits, he brought a tray of multiple local fruits so I could try them all in our room! Rooms also include complimentary pisco, rum, espresso, and a free stocked minibar and snacks. The swimming pool is outrageously beautiful. The breakfast buffet was stunning and delicious. You can also use the steam room at the spa for free. We were almost crying as we packed our suitcases... Can't wait to visit another Belmond hotel on our next vacation.

Great stay in Cusco
Wonderfully gracious hotel and staff. We stayed in the newer wing facing the pool so we didn't have any of the lovely views of Cusco, but it was also quiet and close to the restaurant for breakfast. Also great to take a dip in the pool and hop back to our room. Great location in Cusco and very helpful staff. We stayed 5 days.
