This was the first hotel I’ve stayed in that didn’t serve complimentary breakfast 👎👎. There was only one elevator working inside of the hotel and also in the parking garage. The one working elevator inside of the parking garage would not let us out at floor 1, it would take us to 8 and back down to 1 but wouldn’t open. Eventually we were let out on the 2flr and took the stairs down. Other than those issues the stay was ok!

Hotels.com is a fraudulent site that steals your $
Hotel was booked in error dates only. Tried to reschedule to the day it was supooed to be. They wanted more money. But to charge me the entire fee again. Not the addition too. So they canceled my stay and promised a refund the day i booked it, that was the 13th, today is the 28th. The day i was supoosed to check out i get an email this morning saying im not getting my refund back.

Yawn
16 floors and only one working elevator. So it took forever to get in and out of the building. Booked a room with a king size bed, was given a double. Pool area that was supposed to be for ages 21 and up had a bunch of 9 ish year old kids jumping in and splashing loudly. ugh. and finally, had to put a $200 deposit for the room which we were told would be refunded when we checked out.....Still waiting.
