Limited access to upper floors.
Hotel was very nice and they offered a nice breakfast. The only drawback was no elevator for upstairs rooms. A little tough if you have alot of luggage or a disability.

Cut the lights!
Really don't understand why hotel/motels, in general never seem to understand how important a dark sleeping environment is to most people. Lighted parking exterior lights, curtains that don't close tightly, bright lights on microwaves, clocks, etc. make a room too light!

Stairways were dirty bugs in the ceiling corners of the stairs and hallway fire alarm went off in the middle of the night just twice in our room the room alarm was left on for 6 AM. Breakfast did not include any breakfast meats I have a specific protein diet.

We needed an accessible room due to my wife's disability. We did book last minute and there were not any accessible rooms. We could have made do with the 2nd floor non accessible room, however there wasn't an elevator, and that spoiled our stay. My wife with MS had to climb 18 stairs, due to no elevator. Was rough!

The young woman at check in was very unfriendly, she needs to be trained in customer service. The bed was cushy and comfortable. I would stay here again just for the bed. The water takes a while to get warm at 5 in the morning, but it did get warm.

Our room was nice. Clean. Staff were very friendly. Only issue the security lock was broken and the tub didn't drain quickly. Breakfast was very good and well stocked and hot and fresh. Very nice hotel. 2x we stayed here. Wish they had an elevator.
