Rooms were clean and upkeep has been maintained. Location was right off Hwy for easy access to old town and main streets. The bed was advertised as a Queen but it clearly wasn't.. We have a queen at home and this bed was quite a bit smaller (full/double) seemed like a queen headboard with a full/double mattress.
