Lovely place to stay with very helpful and considerate staff. Food was fine. View from the balcony over the rice fields was beautiful and made the place very relaxing. Characterful place. Management were very helpful in arranging trips and transport.

Just Amazing. Staff is outstanding, they provide complimentary cab service to Ubud central. The staff is one of the most efficient and friendliest I have ever seen. I would only stay there if I ever visit Ubud again. Can not fault them or the place at all.

My stay at junjungan was fantastic & I recommend this property to everybody! The staff were incredibly kind & personable - all of them addressed me by name and were always doing their best to make sure their guests were happy. The property itself is beautiful & quaint, and the on-site restaurant is delicious & reasonably priced, I ate many of my meals there! My room was huge, bed was incredibly comfortable, & very clean. My stay at junjungan was fantastic- highly recommend this accommodation! The only “bad” comment I have is that it is a bit out of walking distance to ubud- but the property offers a shuttle service with 2 drop points in ubud & gojek/grab services are available.

Jujungan was a great place to stay. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We had to miss breakfast due to an early tour and they prepared a small breakfast to take with us at 4am. They also replied quickly to our questions via Expedia message before our stay. Our shower was broken and they fixed it right away. The view in the back was beautiful. The shuttle is only 1 round trip per day so plan around that. Food was good. AC not that strong. Swimming pool is small and looked a bit dirty, we didn't see anyone use it. Lock on doors were different and felt a bit unsafe but there was always someone at the front which was reassuring. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at Junjungan.

This place is a hidden gem. The staff are so lovely and accommodating, the spa staff give one of the finest deep tissue massages I have ever had, the doors in our suite were really traditional. Solid wood doors with wooden latches. Charming as can be. The bath was huge and comfy. The setting is Asian pastoral and sooooo peaceful. Rice padies and lots of birds. The sound of water running over rocks is everywhere. Clean and cozy throughout. The restaurant was not busy but the food was always excellent and we often prefered it to the restaurants we tried. The chicken satay was the best. Flavour to spare. And a beautiful water feature entrance we really loved. Did I tell you how great the staff are? My wife and I absolutely loved our stay there and highly recommend it.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! Siwi and Sri, among others, took care of us in the most supportive, caring, and respectful way. The balconies of each room look out on the rice paddies. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very spacious and roomy. It is quiet and peaceful. The hotel is quaint and very personable. There is a free shuttle into Ubud. The feeling of this hotel is a home away from home. It is the best hotel we have stayed in, in Bali and we will most definitely come stay again next time we are in Ubud.

This resort was fantastic for quaint, authentic charm. The rooms were just fantastic to make you feel like you are in traditional Bali. The view of the rice fields was so cool. Just make sure you aren’t expecting a modern upscale resort. This resort is all about charm and character. It is very comfortable and the restaurant food is good. There are some great restaurants close by that you can walk to. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

One of the best people we met and the best place we stayed during our travels. From airport pick up and bali tours by Mr. Nyoman to welcoming reception and daily service provided by Sri, Ngyrah,Siwi, Ruspita and the team, our 6 day stay here was just perfect. The place is beautiful, and the attention to detail is always noticeable. Flowers placed around, cute details in the room and bathroom. Good shampoo and conditioner.
