For the price this is a very nice hotel, we are at the end of just over two weeks of travel around Mexico. This hotel came in second of 4 hotels we stayed at. More maintenance and paint and it could charge twice as much!

There is so much wrong with this place. We had a lamp in our room taped with electoral tape and had a whole different connection to it. The bedroom had a roach in there. I was to ask for some towels and extra blankets. The bed was so stiff. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The shower floor and bathroom floor looked dirty. Under the sink was dirty. The little closet was broken. The pool looked rundown. THE PICTURES OF THIS PLACE ARE A LIE! This place was expensive for how run down it was. I was disgusted. On top of the expensive cost for breakfast. I would never again.

Un check-un muy tedioso; te hacen firmar tantos papeles, que parece que voy a ingresar a la NASA, cua solo se trata de un simple hotelito. No cuentan con estacionamiento en ara huéspedes, que porque está en remodelación, y al preguntar cuanto tiempo estiman que esté fuera de servicio, la respuesta del dependiente con enfado fue, “pues no sé”, y al repreguntarle, un estimado de semanas o meses, sin ningún ánimo de cortesía, me dijo, “pues no sé!! Que clase de respuesta esa esa le cuestioné y su cara de molestia lo dijo todo. Ya sobre la habitación, el hotel tiene, al me nos la habitación que me tocó, un colchón que parecía de la época de mi abuela, es decir bastante viejo y no muy cómodo. La regadera al abrirla hacía mas ruido que una cafetera desvencijada y así se mantiene todo el tiempo en uso. Un sinfín de insectos voladores emanaban del desagüe de la misma, lo que habla de una evidente falta de mantenimiento ñ, y lo más notorio y molesto es que no tienen toallas de mano, y al preguntar al dependiente por ellas, me dijo que no las manejan! Cómo n hotel de $1,500 pesos no tiene toallas de servicio? En fin, una no muy buena experiencia la estadía en este lugar. Mi Calificación es de seis. Debut y despedida, para no volver nunca.
