Nice chic hotel in center of Madrid
This is a cute hotel in the central District of Madrid. The rooms were adequate in size, and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar area is quite nice. If I were to travel back to Madrid for a few days I would consider this hotel again.

Location is great. Callao subway station is nearby. A lot of attractions are within walking distance like the Royal palace, Puerta del Sol or Plaza de Espana. There's a swimming pool at the rooftop which is a plus during hot summer days. Bathroom is spacious and clean with good water pressure. McDonalds, KFC, Starbucks, Carl's Jr as well as boba tea places are nearby on Gran Via. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

Good breakfast The views were not as promised - patio was not really a patio but a tiny balcony with view of the internal yard and windows from other units Elevator was broken the last day so had to wait for another elevator more than 15 min each time The room was generally very nice and the bathroom/shower very big Could not figure out how to make TV work. Was not really a problem with all the walking and trips.
