Clean and comfortable room in a great location, easily accessible from the airport and into central Lisbon. While my room was next to the main road, the glazing definitely keeps out the majority of the noise. Also smooth check in and check out processes and friendly staff manning the desk 24/7. I liked the location in terms of availability of shops, transport and places to eat during the day. During the night it turns different. My room was in front of main street and it was really, really noisy. The staff is highly professional and very welcoming. I loved the breakfast buffet for 10euros. In my opinion it has variety for different tastes. The only negative point is that the room is too small for the size of facility and amount of guests served. Tripping over each other in the buffet area.

Great place to stay

The staff was very helpful while at the hotel and after leaving I forgot a piece of luggage in a taxi, the young lady on shift at the reception desk that morning was instrumental in helping me reclaim my item from the taxi company. Great location and staff!
