Weather was wet. Television in lounge room didn’t work after the first 2 days. Broken shower handle made getting in and out of the shower a challenge. Loose tiles in entry. Room was spotless and clean. Pool was closed for 2 days.

Position perfect, however the unit cleanliness was not the best. appliances and carpet need attention before renting. we could not use the toaster due to its state. Great size apartment with all the necessary items required for a ten day stay. The pool and spas were great and it is so close to the beach and the shopping area. We were able to walk to the casino in about 10 minutes, the same for pacific fair shopping mall. Would recommend for couples and families.

We stayed for two weeks in a ground floor unit looking directly onto the road with limited sun exposure. Used the very nice swimming pool once only due to lack of sun. No information pack in room and only found out on the day before leaving that there was recycling available.

Property was extremely dirty. Was dead hugs everywhere. Was a very unpleasant stay. Only stayed one night out of 4 and left and booked other accomodation. Tried to get a refund and they refused, even after they had moved us to a second room that was just as bad. Was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at would never recommend it to anyone

Great location, friendly management, nice apartment - some basic maintenance was an issue - leaking pipe in kitchen and mismatched kitchen and cooking utensils. E.g., why provide a microwave safe dish if it doesn’t fit in the microwave!! Construction of apartment tower next door was noisy to continue until March 2023.
