Was welcomed into my room with roaches crawling on the floor. Also the location is where events are held outside. The event that was taking place while I was there lasted until 3 in the morning and was very loud. Breakfast was delicious, except for the horrible cappuccino we had.

With respect to taxes for Colombian residents abroad has no idea, made us wait 1 hour 30 minutes to make us check in. Check in, the bathroom shower could be cleaned better, as could the bedding. The staff should be more cordial to guests.

Check in staff was unfriendly and not helpful. The hotel does not have parking and they made no effort to help us find one. Luckily, the men outside of the hotel assisted us. There were no towels in the pool area and Igor the price we paid I think we could’ve had more amenities. We stayed at the Cosmos in 2019 and think the hotel is deteriorating.
