Guest treatment and follow up could improve
This is not our first time to Royalton but this time guest services/reception service was very poor. I guess they only cater to diamond club guests, and treat others like (nothing). Although I must say that cleaning staff, and servers etc were very nice. I left my Gucci sunglasses at the gym and had to go maybe 10 times to guest services, security, and front desk and still didn’t get any follow up. They give you diff stories each time. Was left without glasses in this sun for pretty my 80% of my trip. Agreed, I should have left it as the gym. But they were not helpful at all.

Nothing about my stay was anything like I was expecting. It took 5 hours to get a room. No room service NO ocean view out of 9 restaurants we was only allowed to eat in one No whiskey at the bar or in the room. I have paid for an inclusive and a room with Ocean view. I will like to request a refund because I have not received what I have paid for.

The resort is beautiful, upon entering the staff welcome you warmly and checking process easily done. I didn’t enjoy the food nor the juice that much. The juice such as pineapple & cranberry which I tried was tasteless. The staff were very friendly and offered to help always. The room was spacious, beautiful with awesome view of the sky, pools & beach. Room was kept nice and clean and the resort was very clean. I enjoyed the Friday night all white party. The entertainment was good.

Service is very slow and food was alright.Some ares of the resort had a sewer/musky smell.I don't think I would be coming back.

This resort was always my favorite but when we recently visited it wasn’t like always. The rooms haven’t been updated it’s all Work out there’s broken furniture in the room , the bathroom showers were weird they kept making sounds there’s plumbing and a weird smelling issue coming out of the tub
