Uzun telefon görüşmelerinden sonra başka bir otelde kalmak zorunda kaldık. Bütün bu aksiliklerden sonra hotels com un hala yaşananlardan haberi olmaması şaşırtıcı. Otel iyi ve personel alakalı ama hotels com hizmeti iyi değil.
