Cheiro de cigarro no quarto.

Excelente localização para quem quer visitar o lado urbano. O quarto estava com cheiro de cigarro, não conseguiram outro quarto para eu ficar, quase não fiquei no hotel, esperei por horas para arrumarem um quarto e quando o fizeram, me deram o mesmo quarto com cheiro de cigarro, só que com cheiro de bom ar para desfarçar. Teriam que me dar uma nova diária no hotel, para compensar o desconforto e descaso com o hóspede. Diária perdida e não pude descansar. Paguei uma diária para não poder ficar no hotel.

Uma experiência nada boa,pois estava em meu quarto quando escutei um barulho na porta,me deparei com dois hóspedes entrando em meu quarto,eu me assustei e eles se assustaram comigo,pois na recepção passaram o cartão da porta com o número do meu quarto…Muitas coisas poderiam ter acontecido se as pessoas fossem mal intencionadas.

Chegamos a noite, na recepção já foi uma prévia do que seria a estadia. Atendente sem empatia com chega no hotel. No quarto logo notamos que não estava tão limpo, as toalhas e os lençóis pareciam encardidos, mas relevamos pelo cansaço da viagem. Porém ao deitar, foi o limite, pois notamos que o colchão afundava para o meio. No dia seguinte fizemos a reclamação e nos trocaram de quarto, porém os dissabores não terminaram. O quarto não era limpo com frequência e as toalhas não eram trocadas, mesmo deixando em lugares previamente determinados por avisos no banheiro. Café da manhã sem problemas. O valor da diária não está cara, porém o serviço deixa muito a desejar. As imagens do site não mostram a realidade do quarto.

Um bom e bem localizado hotel para quem precisa de um lugar decente para passa a noite. Bom atendimento e boa limpeza, porém faltando algumas coisas básicas no quarto como suporte para sabonetes e shampoo dentro do box do chuveiro (um bom chuveiro, por sinal).

Ficamos um dia e nos colocaram em um ótimo quarto, porém somos asmáticos e o ar condicionado estava muito sujo. Tivemos que lavar as telas no banheiro. Demos uma nova oportunidade e voltamos em mais uma diária e nos colocaram em um quarto bem piorado no 14 andar. Os quartos lá são mais velhos. Conversamos e nos realocaram no 5 andar. Os quartos são mais novos, porém novamente tivemos que lavar as telas do ar condicionado.
