As of Feb., 2015 it's a newest build property in Ngwe Saung. Although location is a bit far from village, it's fully compensated by secluded part of Ngwe Saung beach, where only local passer-bys can be observed. Another huge advantage - no power outages/ hot water is available 24 hours a day (which is uncommon even for some upper-level properties in Ngwe Saung). Rooms are spacious and sailor-themed (and it's the only thing, which explains "Marina" in a property name - as of now, there's no functional marina can be observed), grounds are well-maintained. There's only one restaurant with rather limited selection of dishes; majority of a la carte dishes we've tried were rather mediocre, whilst breakfast was a nice exception (there's a congee station and an omelette station; all of the breakfast ingredients were fresh and properly cooked). There's a small gym @ the main building, which fits two pax, at most - however, all machines are in mint condition. Service was good & efficient - no complaints at all. Overall, can recommend this property for those, seeking for a comfort options, who are willing to pay a little extra for that.
