My experience has always been great with this hotel. But this week, the cleaning staff dropped the ball. They placed stained sheets and pillow cases with blood on them! They had to know that you can do that! Bugs were inside of my executive suite. They were in the bed around the kitchen/ living room areas. This was disappointing.
