Terrible customer service, with absolutely no respect or consideration. The staff is very vulgar and rude, and they're extremely disorganized with reservations. I don't recommend booking here, and if you do, make sure you have two other options so you can easily escape. Terrible atención al cliente, no hay respeto ni consideración en lo absoluto. El personal es gente muy vulgar y descortés, y son extremadamente desorganizados con las reservaciones.
