Fantastic Sea View
Conveniently located apart hotel with very nice and helpful staff, and fantastic sea view. It has everything and all work well as seen on the internet. The location is the best in Batumi, as I wanted self catering. It is ideally located between two Carrefour and 5+ local supermarket. Other locations might offer more restaurant choices but less convenient supermarkets.

Nice, but fits only 3 adults comfortably
The room was fine: clean, nice view. The service was great - everybody was very helpful and we had everything we needed. Minus is that the suit was advertised for 4 adults, but the pull out sofa was so tiny that it was difficult for 2 people to comfortably sleep on it. The beds were on the softer side, so not the greatest for people with back problems. Overall - fine, but will have to get more than 1 room for 4 adults.

Excellent stay. Tamila was super helpful
The property location is convenient. You just need to cross the road and you will be on the beach. There is a grocery store close by. Our room had a gorgeous view of the sea. The room has everything you need, maybe adding a small stove will benefit the stay done people who like to cook. Tamila, front desk person, was super helpful. Her area knowledge and personality made our stay, she was helpful to assist with every need we had.
