The front desk service was not pleasant. Especially the tall male that was working between 10am til 11:30 am on August 19. I felt like they didn’t want to help us when we arrived at 7am from a long overnight red eye flight! I understand check in is st 3pm but I travel ALOT to know I can be accommodated if I arrive early. I even notified the company 2 days prior before check in to try to receive early checkin but no one responded. Everybody that was checking in after us received pleasant service and a room key but we was the only ones waiting!

Hotel is very nice, clean, and in good location. Very far from tourist area, which I knew before booking, but I regret. Staff was friendly. My biggest issue is that when I checked out, the hotel left a pending charge on my card for 31 days with my stay and with the room hold.
