The room was the largest I have ever stayed. The bathroom was very nice with a shower and a separate tub. The room was great. I would stay at this place in a heartbeat. Very efficient staff and very helpful. The only drawback was that the cocktails were VERY expensive. Two drinks were $40.

Nice hotel But the personal is not very qualified Nobody in the SPA when kids shouting and I had to interfere with a lady that in order to get some rest put a 2 ,3 and 4 years old in the sauna at 85grades. For the receptionist was normal… I am wondering about her qualifications

The AC did not work. I was told maybe the room windows were open, but they were was not. I ended up opening the balcony to keep the room cool. The service provided by reception desk was okay. The pool was good.

An sich schönes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut! In unserem Deluxe-Appartement waren einige Dinge allerdings nicht ganz optimal. Wir waren 4 Nächte da und es fand währenddessen keine Reinigung/Housekeeping statt. Grundsätzlich okay, aber es besteht auch keine Möglichkeit, Müll selbst zu entsorgen und die Mülleimer sind eher klein bzw. ist es unschön, Restmüll oder gar Windeln bei wärmeren Temperaturen im Zimmer zu haben. Man kann bei der Rezeption anrufen, dann wird der Müll am Folgetag abgeholt, ist aber etwas unpraktisch. Außerdem gibt es eine Küche, allerdings keine Spülmaschine und auch keine Utensilien zum Reingen des Geschirrs (Schwamm, Spülmittel etc.) Wir sind abends vor einem Feiertag angekommen und konnten daher zunächst nicht abspülen. Auch danach war es schwierig, weil das warme Wasser in der Küche nicht funktionierte. Auch Salz, Zucker etc. sind in der Küche nicht vorhanden. Sie erschien uns insgesamt zum Kochen nur wenig geeignet, zumindest wenn man nur wenige Tage da ist und deshalb nicht alles selbst mitbringen möchte. Ein weiterer Punkt ist, dass das Appartement zwar groß ist, aber ein Esstisch fehlt. In unserem Fall war nun auch noch das Sofa umgeklappt, da wir zu dritt im Zimmer waren, und wir hatten zu dritt nur einen einzigen Stuhl und dazu einen winzigen Couchtisch. Auch deshalb war das Kochen im Zimmer wenig attraktiv. Schafade, denn Platz genug wäre wirklich in dem Zimmer. Gleiches Problem auf dem Balkon: Sitzgelegenheit nur für eine Person.
