The hosiptality was amazing! We had a very warm welcome by staff Rose, she is SUPERB! Gave us very good advise of where was the best spots for chasing hot air-ballnoon and gave us good tips of taking photos in secret places as well. Their vibe on rooftop is incomparable, we enjoyed the time there very much! 3 lovely puppies gave us warm greeting everytime we passed by reception, we love Sophia

Everything was great but music plays all afternoon and until about 10 p.m. It is outdoors from the bar and you can hear it loud in your room. It never stops and becomes like torture after awhile. It would have been a great stay but the non stop music audible in pit room ruined it.
