Lovely Accomodation
Stayed here in Oct16. I cannot fault the standard of this property, it was a beautiful setting right on the beach, very clean with all the necessities! Hugo from HomefromHome the service manager was extremely helpful and available when ever we called him.
The only thing that ruined our stay was the fact that the Security Guard allowed the gates to close on our hire car whilst we were waiting to get into our allocated space. It was accidental, and he apologised, however the Management company for the hotel after promising to reimburse the cost of the damage are now not responding to any correspondence! So we have lost £150 for an accident we didn't cause. I wanted to warn people in advance of staying there as you may be held responsible for any mistakes their employees may make!
It really was a shame that this happened as otherwise the property and the holiday overall was lovely. If you get chance you can walk along the beach to The Bay hotel restaurant for lovely cocktails and food! We also visited LeMourne which has a beautiful beach.
