This has been the worst hotel we have ever stsyed in. Should be rated 2 stars not 5 stars. I tried to get hold of expedia assistance, but expedia was extremely difficulty to reach. I would love to be contacted directly.

Oldukça merkezi bir yerde, ulaşımı rahat, modern bir hotel. Odaların temizliği gayet iyi, kahvaltı oldukça çeşitli, çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Eskişehir'e tekrar gidersem kalmayı düşünceğim bir konaklama oldu.

Konum ve fiziki olarak güzeldi. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde klozetin temizlenmemiş hatta sifonunun bile çekilmemiş pis bırakılmış olduğunu gördük.ilk kez böyle bir şeyle karşılaştık.

2 yatak birleştirilip çift kişilik yatak diye konulmuş. Yatarken sürekli ortadan göçüyordu, sırtımız epey ağrıdı, konforsuz bir uyku çektik. Otelin altında bir mekan var, gece 2,30'a kadar bangır bangır müzik sesi geliyordu. Artı yönleri ise, otel yeni ve odaların içi güzel. Konumu da oldukça iyi. Kahvaltısı zengin, eksik yoktu. Yukarıda belirttiğim hususları göz önüne alırsak fiyatının Eskişehir otellerine göre bir iki tık üzerinde olduğunu söyleyebilirim.
