One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I dont even know where to begin.
Firstly, forget the images you see online, we had no balcony and the view from our room was a brick wall.
At check in you are given the key to your room, told which of the 2 buildings your room is in and that's it, work the rest out yourself.
The breakfast "buffet" is as follows,
Yogurt, a bowl of tinned fruit, a plate of plain biscuits, a plain or chocolate croissant, terrible machine made coffee, and a basket of old bread off-cuts which you can toast in the 1970's toaster.
Indoor heated pool? Wow, the kids looked forward to that, well.... you have to pay to use it and you must be over 16 years old, and honestly you would not go in anyway. Forget what those internet pics look like, it's old, smelly and dark down there and when full looks like someone is making an old chicken broth!
Use the outside pool right? No! You need a swimming cap to use that pool! Where do I get one? Dont know.
Remember to BYO towels for swimming, because "its strictly forbidden to use hotel towels, and you will be charged".
The rooms are seriously out dated, bathroom was mouldy, and the TV was the size of a shoe box!
If you are not Italian (I am but my family aren't) or elderly (whom this hotel seem to cater for) you will be ignored.
You cant even buy a coffee from the bar or send your kids to grab an ice cream, like ours tried, instead you have to go to reception and organise a pre paid bar card.
