It's not a chalet
After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. Let me be clear, the AC did not work AT ALL and when we returned it was hotter in the room than outside at 9pm. Couldn't open the windows or doors because the of the mosquitoes. The owner was not on site, so I ended up having to share the room with my friend instead of staying in the room I paid for. Owner was fully aware the AC didn't work and moved me to a new room the next day. She did not check if the AC was working in the new room. It did not, so I immediately went to notify her and was basically accused of doing something to this air-conditioner. If you're going to have guests, common sense would say you check to make sure the air conditioning is working in a room they booked and then check to make sure the AC is working if you are putting them in another room. I certainly did not appreciate being made to feel like I did something wrong because she didn't bother to check to make sure AC was working. Won't stay there again
