I very much enjoyed my stay. The staff were extremely helpful from beginning to end. I could exchange money for local currency, buy a sim card and moreorless do anything I needed at the hotel. They even helped me to book theatre tickets. The breakfast room was a bit crowded, but it was still very nice. The only real downside was that I took a couple of things from the minibar, but the room keepers didn't replace them, and that meant that I was charged for things I didn't take the next day because they were 'missing'. This led to a confrontation on the last day when the receptionist explained that certain things had been removed from the minibar since I had payed the bill, but as I hadn't taken them (they had never been replaced from previously) I objected. As the receptionis was just a new assistant who had been told that was the policy, it wasn't his fault, and I didn't want him to get in trouble, so I payed anyway, but the hotel should change this policy.
Other than that small problem at the end of my stay, this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
