Great quaint boutique hotel. Rooms are smaller and simple but tastefully done. Bath was luxurious and we had a balcony which was a nice touch to sit out overlooking a small garden and fountain. The staff was attentive and very helpful. Free bikes were a nice perk. We did not eat in the restaurant so can’t comment about the food much. There are plentiful dining options around.

Rooms are not large, but service is excellent and the food is innovative and delicious. Also, the neighborhood of Southern Tel Aviv is rapidly gentrifying with interesting renovated buildings and plenty of young people… And Arab meals nearby at the big Jaffa clock tower traffic circle.
