Do not book
I booked this for my sister to visit me for the New Year.
Despite knowing that it was my sister, hotel staff thought otherwise. The knocked on her door at 10pm to verify I was NOT staying in the room. They also returned at 1030pm. She never opened and was scared thereafter.
The next day she told me and I spoke to some guy who said he was the manager, all he said is that he is sorry and was a mistake. He could have called her room and said someone from staff needs to check but that was not the motive. I have my apartment and there was no need for me to stay in the hotel as I did not. Just to make it clear
We took it as was a short stay. On little after New Year celebration we return to the hotel around 1230am. To our surprise the main door of the hotel was locked. There was No One at the front desk. No bells to ring. I made 10 calls no one answered. A guy on the street was calling the owner no answer. We banged the door. Finally a hotel guest looked out and he was about to open. However at the same time a bareback hotel staff emerged to open the door still half asleep. This was after 30 minutes of failed attempts.
Please do Not book with these people. They have no sense of customer service and very unprofessional.
