Horrible experience. I first booked the Telegraph Hotel in Bayamo because I heard so much about it and when trying to check in they informed me that they didn’t have hot water and they had to move me to another hotel of the same chain Isla Azul, hotel that I didn’t have any intention to stay at. I tried to cancel the reservation through Expedia which is the website I always use to book my trips. After explaining that I was not getting what I paid for, the Expedia agent on the phone wouldn’t help either saying that Expedia wasn’t responsible for whatever happened at the institution.
