This building is located in a street where you will feel unsafe. I walked a lot around, and I can say this is the worse street of Lisbon Centre. This is not a Hotel, it is an old building, with renovated apartments. It is comfortable and well decorated, but there is no heaters, no coffee machine, and there is no staff at all. only a machine, to do the check in and pay the local taxes. You will have to clean up the rooms. It is near the things you should see, but for the price you can find better options... hello Lisbon is not worth the price

There are better hotels in the area
I’m quite disappointed wth the choice. Not as shown on the photos and description. I didn’t expect the place to be dirty and in a very uncomfortable location. With the rate they charge, customers deserved clean sheets, clean towels, clean kettle, and working blinds. The towels are so old that it doesn’t look white anymore.

Responses from property was good. Apartment was very modern and well decorated. But one downside was that cleaning lady just started cleaning when we arrived there around 4pm despite of the check in time was 3pm. We had to waite while she finished cleaning.

Terrible stay - Loud noises all night long
We booked an apartment for 4 people that was supposed to have a double bed and a sofa bed. When we arrived, the apartment did not have a sofa bed. It had instead an L-shaped sofa where they “assumed” 2 people could sleep on each side of the L. Moreover, the apartment is located on a street that has lots of pedestrians (and people gathering very late at night). It was a Tuesday night and the noise was so terrible we couldn’t sleep all night. They need to put noise-cancelling windows at the minimum. I am very thankful we were only there for 1 night. Else it would’ve been a nightmare. I would not reconnend this place to anyone they way it is now

Bad customer service, beautiful flat
The checkin was a nightmare, the front door code didn’t work (apparently it’s been faulty). As I arrived around 2 I was led to believe that there were lockers available for luggage. Unfortunately non were free and I had to take it with me around the city before checkin. As for the auto check in the server had crashed, luckily I had my phone on me to call them to check in. The kettle was also faulty which tripped the flat electrical. The switch box was behind some cupboard doors with no handles so you couldn’t get in. So I had to wedge the door open with a knife. The kitchen tap was practically unscrewed and when I did check out i had the cleaner knock on my door at 10.30 to tell me to check out (check out was 11am). All in all a pretty bad customer service experience. The flat itself was very nice, recently decorated, very modern, minimalist and clean. Shame about the service.

Looks like pictures but avoid dark apartment 0b
I was really excited to stay at this hotel as it looked beautiful on the website. First, the negative, we were given apartment 0b and I was pretty disappointed. It felt like a basement. The living area was below ground level as it only had tiny windows so high up that you have to stand on a chair to open and close them. The bedroom windows were full-sized but since it is on the ground floor there are people constantly walking by the window so you really can't even open the window coverings. Even if you open them, the street is so narrow that no sunlight comes in. The apartment was dark. There isn't sufficient lighting to make it feel bright in the living area just dull lamps. I asked to change apartments but the reception said that they were booked all month. I asked if anyone would be checking out the following day and he said it wouldn't be possible to switch me. Now onto the positives. Checkin was easy as long as you follow the instructions on the self checkin kiosk and took us no more than 5 minutes. The furnishings are just like the pictures on the website. The apartment was beautifully decorated and modern and very, very clean. We were able to leave our luggage at the apartment for the day once we checked out which was a huge bonus. The area is amazing and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. I would love to stay here again but I would make sure that it wasn't an apartment on the ground floor. I recommend that you do the same.

Great apartment, fab location!
The apartment we stayed in was large with a separate bedroom and a good-sized double bed. In the livingroom a sofa bed which as sofa is not great (big dip), but the pull-out bed was good and who wants to sit inside on a sofa in Lisbon anwyay. The only minus I can give is the amount of dust under the sofa when the bed is out. But that really is the only thing. Further in the livingroom is a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The apartment looks new, the aircos are working fine and the bathroom is large with a great rainshower - all towels and basic toiletries are supplied. In short, all is available for hand-luggage-only travelers which we are. The location is absolutely fabulous with Rossio Square around the corner and the metro never far away. It is a 10 min stroll to the seafront with large squares and restaurants. Make sure you call Hello Lisbon before you go to obtain the initial entrance code. When inside, you can check-in electronically and if you get stuck, there is a Skype facility too so no problems. I recommend this apartment and would absolutely stay again.

This Apartments are in central Lisbon right in Rossio and they are the best location that you could possibly ask for. The check in was easy and if you needed any help you could Skype them from the self-check in machine. The apartment were we stayed was on the last floor and it was very big, clean and better than we could ask for. We loved it so much that we will recommend to everyone that we know. 5 stars for us and the view is incredible from the 4th floor apartment.

A really great place to stay in Lisbon.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic. The room was clean although it was pretty dusty under the bed. My only complaint is the sofa on the living room was broken. I can see someone uncomfortable with technology having difficulty checking in with the kiosk but it's manageable. The walk down the street is very steep, use caution. Solar 31, the restaurant directly across the street is really great and there's a small convenience store a bit further up on the opposite the road with very reasonable prices, (a bottle of descent wine was only 1.99). We'll stay here again for sure.

First off, arriving to the property was extremely difficult and the check-in process was even worse. There was no lobby or reception, instead we had to use a kiosk to check in digitally. The kiosk was extremely hard to use and the check-in process was longer than usual. As far as location goes, the property is well connected to Lisboa's main attractions, however it is hidden in a dark corner full of drug dealers, alcoholics and loud singing groups. We were even followed home by a shady man who waited for us outside the apartment. The experience was so bad we had to book another hotel just to be able to sleep at night.

Not as advertised. No service
We arrived an hour earlier and even though the room was ready and empty, we were tod we could not check in till 3 pm because of 'rules.' Even though when we had called the day prior to get the code for the building we had let them know arrival time and requested early check in . There is no lobby where you can sit. The luggage areas are small and cannot accomodate much, and the building is just off the road where there are garbage piles so you cannot stand. The check in was at a kiosk but we called from the kiosk and requested being able to just keep our luggage in the apartment but the person on the line was very unhelpful. It was to be a serviced apartment but it was not serviced daily. We had to buy our toilet paper as there is no person to call or any supply area if you run out of anything.
