Very clean and tidy! The room was fairly small, which is expected in Seoul, but it had just enough space for our two large suitcases to lay flat near the window. Housekeeping came every day and always refreshed the (free!) water bottles if we had already drank them. Slippers were also refreshed after we'd worn them. Staff was also friendly—a housekeeper helped us on the first day to show us that we needed to put a key card into the power thing in order to close the door.
Although the nearby subway stop isn't on a main line, it's literally less than a minute's walk away from the hotel, which still makes it quick & easy to get around the city.
The only downsides: the bathroom door (a sliding door) slammed whenever it was closed. I'm not sure if it's a design thing or was just our room, but I smashed my thumb in it the first day while trying to get it to not slam. So, just watch your fingers! Also, the fridge was very tiny. Only enough space for a few water bottles/drinks or a small snack like triangle kimbap. I had some leftover birthday cake that I ended up having to throw away because it couldn't fit in the fridge and ended up going bad.
All in all, a clean & cozy hotel in a decent location. Would definitely consider staying here again next time I come to Seoul!
