Hidden Gem
It was like staying with family without the drama. Beds were a bit hard but slept well. ( I am sensitive to bed condition) local dogs can be loud at night, had to chase em down the road at 1am, problem solved. WIFI, better to pay for local wifi vendor 20p for 24hrs. Strong connection and fastish. Staff so friendly and helpful. This will be our go to place in Kalibo.

This hotel was very nice! It’s a bit out of the way but perfect for a stop when traveling through Boracay and staying close to the airport. Lovely amenities, the place looked brand new. It was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful! A great value for the price. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel & rooms is cleaned, about 5-7min to the airport via tricycle. Excellent basic hotel. Cons; low water pressure & only 1 pillow per person (but can request from staff for the extra pillow,no extra charged)

Way overpriced during Ati Atihan
A basic reasonably comfortable hotel. Staff are friendly. Attended the Ati Atihan festival and the hotel takes full advantage by doubling the normal price. Location is not so good, requiring a trike ride to get anywhere, but at least it is close to the Ceres bus Terminal. Bed has a thin foam mattress.

Comfortable, quiet, kind staff
La Trinidad was great! I stayed there after a late arrival flight for an early departure to Boracay. About a 10 min tricycle ride to the pension (150 non-negotiable). The place is in a very quiet neighborhood. The staff is great! I was checked in and showed to my room quickly. They also helped me arrange a ride to Boracay island. 20PHP tricycle ride to City Mall (quoted 10 PHP but the driver charged more which was fine with me bec jt was still less than 150 PHP!!) and 100 PHP van to Caticlan port. Just 10% of the price some of the guys were trying to sell me for a private car ride from the airport the for the morning. The room was clean and quite large. Not sure if i was the only one staying on my floor but it qas very quiet. Even if my window overlooked the lobby, the staff couldn't be heard at all. Bathroom and room were clean. Sheets are also clean but with old stains here and there. Bed was very comfortable. Towels provided but no toiletries at all whatsoever so pls just be prepared for this. Luckily I had what I needed. Wifi is very strong! TV also was great. No safe in the room. I would stay here again 100% if i pass though to Boracay again.

Clean room but I'm not satisfied
Location is around 12 mins. away from Kalibo airport. It is far from the tourist spots in Kalibo like Bakhawan ecopark, Kalibo Cathedral and etc. It is also far from the eateries. The room is clean but lacks "comfyness". I suggest if they put kettle and mugs inside the room so the guests could make coffee anytime they want. There's no mirror inside the room. You can only find a "small" mirror inside the bathroom. It just looks like an ordinary hotel, not suggested for travellers.
