What a pleasant surprise for a hotel in this price range. It offers more than what I expected and was clean, conveniently located right next to JR trains that will take you straight to HND in less than 20 minutes. I enjoyed it so much that I joined their free membership and got late check out for free. Definitely will come back again.

After you exit the train station, it's about a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The room is so quiet. I also like the convenience of the shopping complex right there and a lot of eating places that are right around the corner.

The person would not check you in. They have a machine that is not the most user friendly. It told me to scan my passport, and it kept saying scanning. Then a man came up on a screen and snapped you have to scan the other passport. That's not what the screen was saying and he snapped back just scan the other one.

Terrible service and smelly rooms
The staff were terrible! Upon arrival they tried to insist that i didn't have a booking before they had even checked. When they checked their system they of course found my booking. Then they insisted that i continue the check-in using a self-service machine that wouldnt allow me to check in because i had only brought my residence card instead of a passport. In total it took over 30 mins to check in. The final insult was that the room smelt horrible, like stale sweat. Will not be staying at a Hotel Mets again!

Whenever I go to Tokyo or Yokohana, I try to stay at this place. It is run by the JR Line (Japanese Train System) and so it is only steps away from the train entrance. Shinagawa, the main hub in Tokyo is 14 minutes away. The area around the hotel has 2 department stores, film camera store, Zoff, the excelkent and low priced eye glass store, a number of nice (excellent quality) restaurants, and other amenitues. Haneda airport (my much prefered airport, when compared to Narita) is only19 minutes away by train and costs only 3 US dollars. I have been to Tokyo about 20 times. Before I found out about this place, i used to stay at the high end hotels in Tokyo, but now I prefer this hotel. It might not be for every one since Tsurami is not a particularoy exciting night life spot, but the key areas in Tokyo and Yokohama are only 15 to 20 minutes away. The area is extremely safe. I am from New York and have stayed in this hotel, 6 times before.

Hotelli sijaitsee aivan JR- ja Keikyu-yhtiöiden rautatieasemien vieressä, joista jälkimmäisellä on suora yhteys Tokyo-Hanedan lentokentälle. Alueella on myös paljon erilaisia ravintoloita ja kauppoja, aivan vieressä mm. Starbucks ja FamilyMart. Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen tapahtuu vastaanotolla automaateista, henkilökunta auttaa tarvittaessa. Hotellihuone oli siisti ja sänky mukava. Huoneesta löytyi myös pieni jääkaappi. Kassakaappia huoneesta ei kuitenkaan löytynyt, mitä jäin hieman kaipaamaan. Kaiken kaikkiaan hotelli oli hinta-laatusuhteeltaan erinomainen.
