I had a very good experience staying in the Queen Ann Hotel. It is a comfortable, clean, modern hotel in a good location. It has amazing staff, professional, nice, friendly, very helpful in every way. I’d like to thank the ladies in reception for trying to find transportation for me to Quy Nhon and I’d like to express my gratitude to Tan who arranged a bus for me and transportation from the bus stop to my hotel in Quy Nhon and was checking to make sure I got to the destination. Thank you so much I really appreciate that.

Nice hotel in a pretty location
A really nice hotel; the rooms were clean with lovely views and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful as well. Only issues were with other guests (letting their doors slam constantly, crowding in the buffet and lobby, smoking off their balconies when they shouldn't be, etc.). I also wish the TV wouldn't automatically turn on and play the same welcome music every time we came back to the room.

Live like a millionaire at Queen Ann
We felt like royalty during our stay. Everything was exceptional. Service was prompt and efficient, the food was really good for hotel food, and the staff were so kind and attentive. We truly felt taken care of— especially with free shuttle service to and from the airport. For the price, this place cannot be beat! We had our laundry done and several meals and room service at the hotel all for very little cost. For people who care about the details: -Water pressure could be better but not terrible. Water was always hot when needed. -Staff always doubled checked before adding additional charges. -rooms were cleaned and bedding changed every day. We know because we accidentally spilled pasta sauce on ours and came back to fresh everything. - beach is just across the road and there is a private space on the beach. All rooms come with access to a beach chair and towels. - location is a little distanced from the main market (about 30 minutes walking) but right in the middle of several eateries, laundry and gift shops. Great spot! - rooftop dining has an amazing view.

Comfy beds!
The beds in this hotel are so comfy! The hotel itself feels a little old though and our bathroom wall was slowly leaking water which was a bit strange BUT we would totally stay here again. Staff are all so lovely! The shaded pool was perfect for those super hot days and the private beach access is cool too! What I will say is that it was very loud: we were there on a weekend and the noise was unbearable one night. Maybe not the best choice for young families hoping for an early night but otherwise we really liked this hotel
