Upon checking in Martina the receptionist upgraded us to the premium duplex 2 bedroom suite since the original room had issues. This was such a nice surprise. First time ever that we stayed in a place similar to a condo (everything except a kitchen and laundry room). It was very spacious, quiet, clean, nicely located within walking distance to all the main attractions. The daily breakfast was wonderful, with nice variety. Accommodated all of our wants, and simply loved our stay.

Gem of Prague’s Mala Strana
Anna was extremely welcoming and informative upon my arrival. Her colleague set-up a rude to the airport for my departure. I declined housekeeping, but the room was spic and span clean when I entered. Breakfast was plentiful and diverse. Location was quiet, but close enough to walk to many wonderful sites. Very highly recommended!

This is an exceptionally beautiful hotel. It was like inhabiting an early Italian Renaissance painting and the staff are geniuses at anticipating your needs. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and is it my imagination or was the bathroom floor heated?…I was very tired when I arrived so maybe I imagined that part but my feet were never cold in the bathroom lol. Exceptional place - I will surely return.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!!
There was 4 of us traveling and we had a very stressful day maneuvering the trains from Germany to Prague and I was stressed and tired. We finally make it to U Bile lilie and it was so wonderful. The girl at the front desk (forgive me for not remembering her name, I was so tired) was so nice. She made sure our keys worked, showed us around the property and even gave us some restaurant suggestions. She was wonderful after a long day. The room itself was HUGE! And really comfortable. And I think the bathroom was probably bigger than my first apartment. And the best part? The very best part? The floors in the giant bathroom are heated. And there's a big soaking tub. It was cold and rainy while we were in Prague and coming back to heated floors and a giant tub was amazing. The breakfast was very delicious and pleasant and everyone in the entire property was really friendly. It was also right in the middle of everything we wanted to see. A short walk to the castle, a short walk to the bridge, a short walk to the awesome faceless baby statues and the Kafka museum, and it's really close to a ton of great shopping and restaurants. It's a perfect place in a perfect neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it when you go to Prague.

A nice apartment building.
It’s an apartment building converted to a hotel I think, the room was at the top floor, had to watch my head not to hit the ceilings, and the AC was stinking terrible. The breakfast was great. The location is perfect, quiet, nice restaurants close by.

8/10 Very good

Good hotel in great location.
It’s a great hotel, my only downside was that not all rooms have air conditioning. The room I had was on the first floor had windows, but they open up to the street. So, if you want any privacy while you sleep, they need to be closed. The owners should invest in air conditioners for all rooms so that their guests find their stay comfortable. It’s as necessary in the summer as heat is necessary in the winter.

Great service and good location.
This hotel is a converted orphanage renovated around 3 years ago. It is located in 'Lesser Town'about 8 minutes walk from the Charles Bridge and about 5 minutes from the Palace. In a city with so many 'boutique' hotels each needs to set themselves apart somehow. U Bile Lillie (roughly translated to 'near the white Lillie) excels at it's service. The staff could not be more accommodating and were always only too eager to help in any way they could. All staff spoke multiple languages including English, Russian and Czech which made things easy. The breakfast was plentiful and with all food cooked onsite in their kitchen, was fresh and varied every morning. The kitchen staff even catered specially for my wife with her Vegan requirements sourcing everything she needed and even asking her prior what she would like them to get in for her. We chose a 1 bedroom suite which was on the ground floor and although were quite worried about noise from the street outside found it no issue. WiFi was strong and quick and enabled me to work without interruption. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious and included safe, small bar fridge, closet and very comfortable bed. We found this hotel very good value for money and thank the staff sincerely for all their help during our stay.

Fantastic hotel! Best beds in Europe. Loved it!!!
Best room on our trip to Europe! We had the luxury suite, 1 bedroom, kitchen, with city view and it was beyond huge for what we really needed, but we enjoyed it regardless. The hotel is located in a quiet, narrow street, and is close to several embassies so security surrounding the area is more than other areas of the city. It was absolutely charming and so comfortable. Violetta welcomed us to the hotel and all of the staff were super friendly, professional, and helpful. My husband and I had a long trip to reach Prague and we actually slept 15 hours our second day at this hotel. We woke, had a wonderful breakfast at the hotel, and unintentionally went back to sleep in the comfortable bed. Pure bliss. The location of the hotel is about halfway between the bridge on the lower end of the hill and the castle at the top of the hill. There are several restaurants, mini markets, and places to souvenir shop within a block or two of the hotel. You really are surrounded by 'old world charm' everywhere you go in the neighborhood. The hotel features many photos of what it looked like before they renovated it into it's current beauty. The transformation is remarkable. (Word to the wise - the streets of Prague are not very user-friendly for people with mobility issues. Not a lot of flat spots to walk and the cobblestones are very uneven.) Overall we loved this hotel and would stay here again any time.
