Stayed here for a conference in Super Bock arena, and it was easily walkable to the arena. Ana was amazing and very helpful with orienting us to Porto. We got one room for the two of us, and another for our two teenaged boys, so there was plenty of space. We did run out of toilet paper and ended up buying more from a grocery store, which was very close. Some things to note: The hand soap in the bathroom was also a shampoo and body wash, so we needed to take it to and from the shower several times; there were not any extra pillows or towels; the air conditioners (wall units) worked very well, and we stayed cool even though it was quite hot outside.

Great location and easy access to old town
Ana was a fantastic host. We made a few requests and she was able to help us with all of it. We had a small issue with the internet that was fixed by her very lovely husband immediately! The location is perfect and the recommendations for dining were awesome! We had an incredible dinner very near by at a degustation restaurant for only 35 euro each. The apartment is modern, clean and very user friendly. The beds were comfy. I would recommend this to anyone and Ana and the recommendations were perfect!

We had a wonderful time in Porto. Property was easy to access, clean and well decorated. I will highly recommend to stay at Simon's Guest Apartment. Owner is very coperative and helpful. We arrived early and they allowed us to leave the lauggages in the office.

2 days in Porto
We stayed in Simon appartments for 3 nights. The appartment is great, nicely decorated and very clean. A terrace was a great bonus. The appartment is perfectly located, on a quiet street but walking distance to the center. The hostess Ana is wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location
The hostess Ana was excellent. She explained everything in the apartment and it was very helpful. The location is excellent. You can go walking to places so easily! The building is modern and has elevator. Restaurants nearby are good and it is safe to walk around even at night.

Wonderful experience. Amazingly clean and spacious. Great amenities. Safe location and a few steps from a supermarket. Short walk through a local area filled with non touristy shops and restaurants. 10 min walk from main city center. Our host, Ana, was welcoming and provided great restaurant recommendations. Brand new spacious apartments.
My wife, 2.5 year old daughter and I arrived in Porto for a 3 night stay and had an absolute blast, in part due to the very comfortable stay at Simon Apartments. Ana did her absolute best to welcome us (even helped with our luggage and the stroller). She did her very best to ensure we have a pleasant stay.

Excellent Service
The apartment was very well equipped and clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work and the temperature was in the 30s during our stay. We couldn't open the windows as there is a very busy road outside. Ana, the staff member did her best to resolve the problem but that meant we had workmen in the apartment on 2 days out if the 4 we were there and all to no avail. It spoiled our visit and my request for a partial refund was not acknowledged. If we visit Porto again we would choose somewhere nearer the old town as it was a long way to walk to a decent restaurant, bar or public transport and the heat made this uncomfortable. All in all, we loved Porto but disappointed with the accommodation and its location

Tolle Wohnung mit schöner Dachterrasse
Die Kommunikation war hervorragend, wir konnten sehr früh unsere Koffer abstellen und dann auch bereits vormittags in die Wohnung. Die Lage ist wunderbar, im Viertel gibt es tolle Restaurants (und Anas Tipps sind Gold wert), direkt um die Ecke findet man einen kleinen Discounter. Die Innenstadt, der Fluss, die Metro, alles ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Die Dachterrasse eignet sich wunderbar fürs Frühstück. Wichtige Info: Es gibt eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine.
