I'm not usually the one to write a bad review but our experience was just very bad here. There is no reception and that's why we called ahead of time ensure we came to the right place, the guy on the phone was less than helpful. We followed the advise and directions from Expedia and ended up in the vicinity. We called the number yet again and no one answered. Mind you it was raining and we were waiting outside walking around trying to figure out where the building is for two hours... the guy finally bothered to pick up and gave us attitude about where it was and we were literally standing in front of the building for an hour and no one came for us. Eventually we run into someone else who wanted the room and a lady comes down to see us. She sees us speaking with her first and clearly we were there before and drenched (unlike the second customers) and she tells us to wait "5 minutes" to help the other guests first!! She eventually comes back to get us in 30 more minutes and we get the room. The room was fine and all but it put off our plans by hours as we were only in the city for that one evening. Before we are about to head out she came in a asked for cash (which is fine) but she asked for more money than we were promised here on Expedia... we ended up talking on the phone with the same guy who insisted we pay more. We ended up leaving early and just paying what was promised here. Overall a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this. Wish I can get a refund!!!!
