Loud noise during 3AM.
We rent 2 rooms for 2 nights, on the first night my friend experienced the loud noise just like maintenance outside the room and he could not sleep from the 3AM until the morning but i did not hear any of the loud noise from my room.
On the 2nd night, me experienced the same things just like my colleague on the first night but this time he did not hear anything from his room. The sound a lil bit scares both of us hahaha (watching too much horror movie).
Before we check out on the 3rd day, i asked the receptionist about the noise on the 1st night and 2nd night. The receptionist had no idea about the noise as according to her, there were no maintenance scheduled during 3AM to avoid complaints from the guest.
But overall the hotel is fine, i will recommend this hotel to my friends.
Btw, i'm staying on level 1 room 2xx. Hehehe.
