A localização do hotel é muito boa, fica a uma quadra da praia de Itaparica. Há uma hamburgueria ótima atravessando a esquina, farmácias e mercadinhos por perto. O café da manhã é excelente e também a cama. No entanto o atendimento na recepção deixa a desejar, especificamente o do colaborador WALLACE. Foi feito pedido de delivery (uma pizza, sem corte das fatias) e solicitamos ao colaborador pratos e talheres, ao que ele informou que não poderia disponibilizar pois os talheres e pratos não poderiam ser retirados da área de refeição do café da manhã. Sugerimos nos alimentar então lá no local, ao que foi negado. E como alternativa dele foi oferecido garfo e faca de plástico unitário pelo custo de R$ 3,00; já haviamos avisado que a pizza não veio com nenhum corte de fatia, ou seja, foi uma situação complicada e constrangedora. Faltou cordialidade desse funcionário em específico, WALLACE, que informou tudo em tom jocoso, praticamente debochando. O outro funcionário que nos atendeu no horário de check in, a tarde, era maravilhoso e educado.
