after we paid for the stay with you the manager refused to give us a room and tried to downgrade us.he said the payment had not come through from you.
we had to argue,threathen to call the police .even though we showed him your proof of payment and the confirmation number you sent he refused to allow us access.It was not till after an hour that it showed on one of his friends computers somewhere that he apologised and let us have the room.i think his computers were down so he has your payment services von someone elses computer outside the hotel.As this happened late at night it was probabaly the worst experience we had in uganda dealing with him and the only issue weve ever had with hotels.com
