It’s rather old and tired, could use an upgrade but it was clean and the service was good. The bed could be more comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is there’s a bus stop in front of the door to get to Venice Sta Lucia and back!

Room is very clean, bathroom is big, people are very nice. We walked back to the hotel from Venice in the afternoon, enjoyed afternoon sun and view from top of the bridge. Everything was great except the pillows were flat and super firm. And having neck issues, the flat, hard, pillows made for very little sleep. We had a rental car, so the location worked for us, but without a vehicle, getting around to restaurants would be nearly impossible.

Staff was super helpful. They helped me figure the bus & train system, as well as swlling bus passes. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel, which is awesome. The location was great if you want to go into Venice because a train stop is about 600 Meters away. Unfortunately, that is the only thing that is close. The hotel is located in an industrial area with no conveniences around. Another positive is that f you have a car, there is a gated parking lot.
