Although clean and adequate, this pub is in need of investment by way of new bedroom furniture. The old style pine is well past its prime. We stayed here as part of our Wild Atlantic Way road trip. Dinner and breakfast was ok and that you would expect for the price you pay....

We loved this place. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the food was spectacular and the bed comfortable. The location is right on the road, so there is some road noise, but not enough to disturb my sleep.
We would certainly stay here again!

Dinner was excellent! The room....not so much. No AC....windows were locked. Very uncomfortable. So much so that we had a very hard time sleeping.

Comfortable loft w/traditional Irish breakfast
The anvil bar bed-and-breakfast was a great stop over for us as we traveled the wild Atlantic Way. Please note, there are no elevators and you do have to climb stairs to the rooms on the second and third floors. We enjoyed having the pub on site with a bartender who was more than friendly and served up great Irish coffees. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, and they accommodated our request to hold on the black and white puddin 😄.

A solid B&B, very clean. Very quiet despite the bar on ground floor. The restaurant on the ground floor had great food. The owner was very friendly and provided great tips on places to visit on Dingle peninsula.

Had a lovely stay. Spotless, big room with powerful AC. Lots of natural light. Tea coffee making facilities in room. Has own parking area across the road. Excellent Irish breakfast, very friendly host and staff. Lots of storage space.
Poor sound proofing, no water bottle provided, no toiletries except handwash and body wash. No handheld shower, so shower cap needs to be provided. Hairdryer provided but hardly any hot air came out of it. No lifts, so will need to carry luggage to 2nd floor!
We will recommend this place to stay.

This was the perfect place for visiting Killarney and Dingle. The owner Liz was extremely kind and friendly, she gave us local recommendations and told us the most wonderful stories. The room was extremely clean and well kept, restaurant has fantastic food options and bar is lively at night. Peaceful area but only 15 minutes to Dingle and 30 mins to Killarney!

Liz was very kind and accommodating. We had a late check-in and she was waiting on us even though she had the day off. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. Unfortunately we came to Ireland during an unseasonably warm time and the rooms did not have AC even though the listing stated it did. Keeping the windows open helped a little but allowed lots of bugs inside. Would still book again during cooler weather times.

Delightful stay! A+
Absolutely wonderful stay for our family. We were greeted with such warm hospitality and that continued through every minute of our stay. The charming bar/dining room and bedrooms/bathrooms were sparkling clean. The food and drink were great. While lively ( in a great way) during the day, the evenings were quiet and relaxing and the beds were very comfortable. The owner/hostess went above and beyond, providing a take-away sandwich for our horribly early departure, setting up a spectacular day of exploration of the area complete with a hand drawn map and customized tips that made it perfect for the four of us (including two teens) — we discovered so much more about the gorgeous area thanks to her.
A+ stay. 5 Stars. Thank you!
