Room very clean . Breakfast good and plenty of choice . Hotel close to U Bahn. Shout out to Alessandro on reception at nighttime, very pleasant , friendly and helpful. Did his best to make sure we had the correct number of towels in our room.

Good Basic , staff training needed

Hotel is good , well cared for and in a decent location. Be careful at check in I was double charged & it was impossible to get the receptionist to deal with the issue , when I proved their error . The refund was made the following day but to a long time to be credited to my bank .

We ordered a room for two adults and one child (5 years) over expedia. They hadn´t an extra bed for the child and told me that they don´t have any extra bedding for children up to 14 years! It´s uncool to have an almost adult child in your bed. Also smaller kids don´t sleep quietly when they are on vacation so I couldn´t sleep because our child was "rotating" in the bed. Apart from that the people working there were really nice and the room was very clean.

Viele Insekten im Raum. Wenig freundlich beim Check in, bei Fragen bezüglich der Parkplätze vor dem Hotel keine Antwort bekommen nur „keine ahnung“ Jeden Tag wurde der Fahrstuhl repariert sehr schlecht wenn das Zimmer im vierten Stock ist. Wenn die Tür vom Nachbarn zu gegangen ist hat das ganze Zimmer gewackelt. Klima auf 18 grad gestellt ist aber bei 21 stehen geblieben der Raum wurde nicht kälter.

Der Checkin war gut, es gab eine Klimaanlage, was gerade bei den heißen Tagen angenehm war. Das Personal war mittelmäßig. Es hatte definitiv freundlicher sein können. Tiefgarage relativ teuer, dafür, dass sie von Rewe Kunden gratis genutzt werden kann. Der Hund mit 15 € auch nicht gerade günstig. Ansonsten aber soweit alles in Ordnung. Vor eine Nacht kein Problem.

Neues Hotel in praktischer, aber wenig zentraler Lage. Personal beim Check professionell, aber nicht gerade herzlich. Gutes Bett, sauberes Bad, guter Fernseher und WLAN. Etwas hellhörig. Sehr praktisch ist der Rewe Markt im Erdgeschoß. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. S-Bahn 5min zu Fuß, U Bahn 8-10 min. Der schöne Biergarten Schützengarten auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Definitiv eine Empfehlung, wenn man nicht in der Stadtmitte wohnen muß.

Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und die Türen knallen beim schließen, dass die Wände wackeln! Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es dazu noch einen Ausfall der Heizungsanlage- und Klimaanlage, so dass wir kein warmes Wasser hatten und die Raumtemperatur unter 15 Grad lag, als wir nachts nach Hause gekommen sind

Хорошенкая новая гостиница недалеко от станции эле

После всех сложностей в начале заселения (не работал кондиционер, сломаны лампы, другие проблемы), сотрудник ресепшена поменял номер, уладил проблемы. Это конечно стоило много времени и сил и немного омрачило впечатления. Гостинца новая, все сделано, чтобы сэкономить расходы на содержание, все по минимуму, но практично и все нужное есть, кроме стула, чтобы поработать за компьютером. Номер выходил во двор, вид на паркинг. В общем было спокойно, электричку почти не слышно. Единственное в первую ночь в воскресенье в 3.45 соседи включили громко музыку и громко разговаривали еще 2 часа. Сотрудник на респшене вряд ли чтото предпринял, потому что после жалобы разговоры продолжались. Во вторую ночь было тоже самое, но без музыки. Так что зявленные шумоизолирующие стены заставляют сомневаться в их качестве. А так все хорошо, чисто, приятные сотрудники, удобное расположение вблизи станции для тех, кто без машины, прямо внизу рядом с гостиницей магазин Реве.
