Heureusement j'ai fait ma réservation en ligne et imprimer la confirmation parce qu'à mon arrivée à l'hôtel ils m'ont annoncé que ma réservation n'était pas bonne or l'erreur ne venait pas de moi. Ils ont voulu me donné une petite chambre pour 2 personnes au lieu de une chambre pour 3 personnes, donc c'était un peu le désagrément pour moi mais ils ont trouvé une solution tout de suite. Mais à part ça c'était bien passé.

Le seul hôtel 4 étoiles de la ville. Il les mérite amplement. Il est nettement au dessus des autres. Il est souvent peu fréquenté donc un avantage pour ne pas être dérangé et profiter seul des piscines et de la salle de sport. Le wifi a un bon débit.

Équipe dirigeant a virer ! Personnel adorable.
Sejour en famille très agréable, complexe hôtelier neuf, surement le plus beau de Majunga. Le point negatif porte sur l’equipe dirigeante de l’hotel (directeur antipathique et general manager faucul) qui n’honore pas tous les services inclus dans la réservation et met une pression injustifiée sur son personnel, qui cela dit en passant est charmant et tres serviable. Avec un changement de directeur et de general manager, la note aurait ete parfaite.

Très bel hôtel, personnels très compétents et aimables. Une petite attention de la part de la direction n'aurait pas été de trop eu égard à la durée du séjour... Le tarif du transfert jusqu'à l'aéroport est prohibitif. J'y retournerai tout de même avec plaisir.
