Rooms that I've received confirmation from Expedia was not available at the point of check in. Hotel staff claimed that they were not informed by Expedia. We were asked to book another hotel when we attempted to check in during the evening at first. Fortunately, there was a cabin that was not in the main building that was available to accommodate us for the night within the property. We were transferred to another room the next day but they weren't the rooms that we booked via Expedia. Very disappointing experience with Expedia.
