Lovely small hotel
About 10 minutes walk from the train station. It is not in the middle of the tourist area so it is quiet at night.

Don’t book this hotel
We had terrible experience. Room is not clean and smelly. Shower drain was not working. There was no window mesh to protect from mosquitoes. The worst hotel experience ever.

Great B&B just down the road from the train station but far enough from the main part of the city for a quiet night. The only sound was the flow of the Urubamba River right out the window.

It's not in the center plaza area, but well worth the short walk to the hotel. Clean, super friendly staff, and excellent mattress! Sounds of the river flowing will relax you after a long day out and about.

Panorama B&B
We stayed overnight at the Panorama B&B after spending the afternoon at Macchu Picchu. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room had a beautiful window view. The room was very clean. However, upon trying to sleep at night, I did not find the pillows to be very comfortable at all and the noice from the vehicles on the road kept me up most of the night. Very unfortunate as it was a nice little spot.

I recently stayed at your hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional quality of the staff and the outstanding hospitality. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated in the heart of Aguas Calientes with easy walking access to the train station, the bus stop for Machu Picchu, and delightful food and cafes nearby. This prime location made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The staff truly went above and beyond, even assisting us with picking up our luggage from the station to the hotel. Considering there are no taxis or Uber in Aguas Calientes when traveling to Machu Picchu, their assistance was invaluable and greatly appreciated. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with very useful information, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. While we didn’t have high expectations for breakfast, it was adequate for the city and location. Although there is room for improvement, the service was very family-friendly, which we appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, though it felt a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades. However, the excellent service provided by the staff more than compensated for this, making our stay pleasant and comfortable. Overall, we loved our stay and appreciate the wonderful experience. Thank you for making our visit to Aguas Calientes memorable. We look forward to returning in the future.

The beds were very comfortable and I slept the best at this hotel during our 3 week trip to Peru. The staff were always available to help with any questions or concerns and made sure we had what we needed. We appreciated that they had bottled water for sale in the lobby and that they stored our packs on our day of check-out until we were ready to catch the train to return to Ollantaytambo. The breakfast was good; they provided freshly cooked eggs and an assortment of breads and cereals and other items (yogurts, fruits). The shower was nice except in the evenings, it wasn't hot, but maybe that's normal there. The water was warm enough to get by though (not freezing cold).
