Great for a short stay. Room comes with a kettle and you can get free filtered water from lobby that doesn’t have any weird taste. Hotel is a good walking distance to the big mall and to the entrance of the big park where you can hike up to San Cristobal. I arrived early and was able yo store my luggage and freshen up using the lobby bathroom and then got 2 hr early check in. Actual room was quite small but bed is comfy, no carpet, clean. I also appreciated the fact that you can control temperature in the room. Toilet occasionally had a bit of a sewage smell but it goes away quickly. Overall very good value and would highly recommend for short stays.

The only comment would be the daytime reception at check-in was not friendly and abit arrogant attitude regarding us questioning the payment of IVA. All other staff were very friendly and polite. Super friendly and helpful staff. Was able to help us get an early check-in as well as we locked our luggage and they helped us cut the lock. However, they forgot about us and made us sit for an hour when they said they were looking to see if they could get us an early check-in and really just forgot about us. The room itself though was very tiny and ours had a moldy, sewer smell that came from the bathroom into our entire room. There were no amenities given as part of your stay. The hallways are super dark.

Convenient location and very friendly staff. Room was spacious but the room temperature was still warm even with the AC on. The condition of the room and bathroom need to be updated. A lot of scratches on the floor and wall.
